Hand Thrown Pottery With Glass

Darlene began hand throwing pottery a little more then 12 years ago,  in a beginners class at  the Spokane Art School.  Since the beginners class she's mastered hand-building, wheel throwing, slab forming and building a vertical container wall on the wheel.  The most difficult part of pottery is coming up with new product ideas including an attractive glaze covering.  The glaze that covers pottery is colored glass...many of the best glaze formula's are not public formulas and held as a secret,  by it's creator/users.  Current handmade pottery  art items that we offer are Water Fountains and Ikebana flower vases.
